I am a dedicated Policy and Communication professional with a robust background in EU sustainability policies, funding opportunities, and project management. My academic journey includes a Master's in International Relations from the University “L’Orientale”, Naples, complemented by specialized training in Policy Advising and Project Consulting from the IEE and Belgian Italian Chamber of Commerce.My professional experience spans several significant roles. Currently, as an International Relations Officer at Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn, I manage international relations within research alliances, develop and execute strategic communication plans, and maintain relationships with global experts. I also organize and coordinate international events, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and comprehensive follow-up on administrative and financial aspects. Additionally, I monitor and analyze the development of international ocean and marine-related policies, including the Common Fisheries Policy, Blue Growth Strategy, EU Biodiversity Strategy, and the EU Nature Restoration Law.Previously, I served as a Policy and Communication Assistant at the IDH Foundation in Brussels, where I conducted extensive research on EU sustainability policies and contributed to the implementation of communication strategies. My role also involved supporting visual design and event management initiatives, collaborating with donors, and coordinating administrative tasks.As a Policy Assistant for the Campania Region in Brussels, I represented the region in various stakeholders' meetings and events, conducted research on EU funding opportunities, and supported the implementation of EU-related projects to foster regional external relations.In academia, I have advised on EU projects and tutored in European Law at the University “L’Orientale”, Naples, enhancing students' understanding of the EU legal framework.
