TFA (Task Force Argentina) was established in 2002 by the Italian Banking Association, with 460 member banks. I was appointed as Secretary general and in this role I managed the team; organized board meetings; attended to board meetings thus improving a strong knowledge of board processes and governance. Main activities: restructuring of the debt of Argentine public and corporate bond issues. Negotiated the debt restructuring of: - 2003 City of Buenos Aires: € 85 million represented and restructured; - 2003 Banco Hipotecario: € 140 million represented and restructured;- 2004 Telecom Argentina: € 700 million represented and restructured;- 2005 Provincia di Buenos Aires: € 600 million represented and restructured; - 2006 Metrogas; € 30 million represented and restructured; - 2016 Republic of Argentina: after the reject of the unilateral offers of 2005 and 2010, the negotiation leaded to the restructuring at 150% of the nominal amount of the bonds still owed by creditors.
