Build-up of the new department, project management, business development, team coordinationBuild-up of the Department: set-up of the department from scratch (e.g.: market analysis and definition of the business model; portfolio of services and sales model, in coordination with French headquarter; organizational design, roles and responsibilities) and start-up of business development stream of activities (also through selection and engagement of key partners)Management and successful closure of several projects, across different practices:- Strategy: technology transfer plan for strategic stakeholders; roadmap for research and innovation international projects; Intellectual Property Rights management and patent box scheme regulation; definition of a strategic investment plan for the start-up of the new Brazilian plant- Financial studies and investment return diagnostic: R&D funding and tax reliefs at national and international level; estimation of payoff, timing and potential investments of the identified savings; R&D financial aids of the European Investment Bank (more than 15m€ investments)- EU Projects: strategic positioning for Horizon 2020 Framework Programme (evaluation of projects, industrial and scientific capacities, creation of potential partners panel, competitors analysis), consortium building (negotiation with partners, negotiation with partners, intellectual property strategy, etc.), project writing, drafting business plans as required by specific EU instruments (i.e. Fast Track to Innovation)- Operations: innovation process improvement; set up of implementation plans and control dashboards- Portfolio: identification and creation of a patents portfolio to generate value for the Client and support its growth process

Project management and business developmentActive involvement in business development activities (leading national and international commercial meetings; identification and management of key partners with the supervision of the Business Manager)Management and closure of several projects in various industries (e.g. Information Technology; Chemical; Construction;…)- Cost optimization: Labour cost diagnostic; identification of optimization levers (e.g.: technical, organizational, regulatory levers); elaboration of cost optimization and risk mitigation strategy; set up of implementation plans and control dashboards- Organization: organizational analysis and process redesign; change management projects- Compensation & Benefit: job evaluation and salary survey with internal and external benchmarking to support an on-going M&A process; implementation of flexible benefit plans
