PROJECT: Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant - Completion Works of Units 3&4 (2x440MWe VVER Reactor Type).POSITION: Project Manager for Mechanical Contracts in Conventional Island (Owner side).MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:-coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project;-ensuring that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;-developing a detailed project plan to track progress;-using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;-perform risk management to minimize project risks;-dealing with procurement dpt during all phases of a contract life cycle.

PROJECT: Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant - Completion Works of Units 3&4 (2x440MWe VVER Reactor Type).POSITION: Construction Manager Nuclear Island (Owner side).MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:-constructability analyses in order to find the best applicable construction procedures and sequences among various Contractors;-organizing meeting with Supervisory Personnel, Contractors, Designers to discuss and resolve any construction problem;-coordination among Contractors by prioritizing the activities;-coordination of the Supervisory Personnel;-evaluation of available workload versus available onsite workforce;-assessment of the construction schedule including analyses of delays/criticalities with proposal of the possible recovery actions to be implemented;-analyses of the interface points between two or more Contractors in order to avoid, mitigate or envisage disruptions, delays, claim or similar;-prepare and submit progress tracking reports;-estimating quantities, time, costs, resources or material needed to perform a work.

PROJECT: Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant - Completion Works of Units 3&4 (2x440MWe VVER Reactor Type).POSITION: Mechanical Superintendent in Conventional Island (Owner side) for following erection contracts:-BOP Piping inside turbine hall (over 6.000 tons), including prefabrication;-BOP Equipments inside turbine hall (MSR's, Preheaters, etc.)MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:-on site daily management of the Construction Contracts;-management of claims and acceleration;-preparation and issuing of the monthly payment certificate for the activities carried out on site by the Contractor;-feasibility analyses for prefabrication workload based on availability of bulk material, approved for construction documentation and installation priorities;-feasibility analyses for installation workload based on available prefabricated isometrics and availability of erection areas and interfaces;-developing and sharing with Contractor the best operational schedule based on the above mentioned analyses;-prepare and submit progress tracking reports.

PROJECT: 800MWe Algeciras Combined Cycle Power Plant (greenfield).POSITION: Mechanical Superintendent (Owner side) for following jobs:-installation of n°2 HRSG's (STF supply);-chemical cleaning and air blowing of the process piping.MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:-on site daily management of the Construction Contracts;-preparation and issuing of the monthly payment certificate for the activities carried out on site by the Contractors; -management of claims and acceleration;-prepare and submit progress tracking reports.

PROJECT: 410MWe Nevinnomyssk Combined Cycle Power Plant (greenfield).POSITION: Site Supervisor (Owner side).MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:-overseeing the preliminary construction activities (such as earth moving and underground civil works, offices installation, demolitions);-evaluation of the way for the heavy transportation and heavy lifting;-preparation of preliminary operational construction time schedule;-preliminary approach with Contactors and local stakeholders.

PROJECT: Puente Nuevo existing Coal fired Power Plant (320MWe) - Environmental Retrofitting and Life Extension (brownfield).POSITION: Mechanical Superintendent (Owner side) for following jobs:-installation of a new Wet Desulphurization system (DeSOx) limestone-gypsum type;-refurbishment of the Steam Generator (replacement of all 16 burners, replacement of all SH and RH serpentines, refurbishment of the n°4 Air Preheaters Ljungstrom type);-refurbishment of the Steam Turbine (BROWN BOVERI manufacturer);-prefabrication & installation of new BOP piping;-refurbishment of the Electrostatic Precipitator.MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:-on site daily management of the Construction Contracts;-preparation and issuing of the monthly payment certificate for the activities carried out on site by the Contractors;-management of claims and acceleration;-prepare and submit progress tracking reports.

PROJECT: Priolo Gargallo existing Oil Refinery - 480MWe Combined Cycle Power Plant (brownfield).POSITION: Project Controller (General Contractor side).MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:-planning of all engineering, procurement and construction activities;-definition of project WBS;-preparation of Project Progress Report (including Cost Control issues).

PROJECT: 780MWe Termoli Combined Cycle Power Plant (greenfield).POSITION: Deputy Site Manager (Contractor side) for following jobs:-installation of n°2 HRSG's (N/E-CCT supply);-installation of n°1 Steam Turbine with relevant 320MWe generator, Water Cooled Condenser and auxiliaries (all SIEMENS supply);-prefabrication & installation of entire BOP piping (about 900tons);-installation of n°1 Cooling Tower to cool Condenser's water (SPX supply);-prefabrication and installation of a 5.000m3 fire fighting water tank.MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:-on site daily management of the Construction Contracts;-preparation and periodical updating of the construction time schedules;-track record of the actual progress achieved versus planned;-management of active/passive claims and acceleration;-preparation (towards Clients) and approval (towards Subcontractors) of the monthly payment certificates.

PROJECT: 400MWe Voghera Combined Cycle Power Plant (greenfield).POSITION: Technical Officer (Contractor side) for following jobs:-prefabrication & installation of entire BOP piping (about 400tons);-installation of n°1 Air Cooled Steam Condenser (GEA supply).MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:-preparation of the "test pack" for the over 130 piping systems to be hydraulically tested;-management of the welding register (including check of welder's percentage reparation and X-ray tests);-review of applicable welding books (WPS, PQR and Welders' Certificates).
