• Responsible for being the record keeper of client funds by reviewing and processing bank loan related activities including: setting up new investments, pay downs, borrowings, interest payments, rate resets, rollovers and restructurings • Work closely with Fund Accounting and Portfolio Accounting teams to understand the client’s portfolio and fund structure as well as to ensure all required deliverables are complete. • Assist accounting teams with loan discrepancies on a daily and monthly basis. • Review credit and trade documentation to ensure accurate and timely reporting of activity is complete• Communicate with investment managers and agent banks to resolve open issues and questions• Reach out to internal technology support and vendor support when necessary to resolve any production issues or system support queries.
