Giuseppe is in love with sea life, good food and water sports since the age of 17 when hegraduated from the Hotel Institute. In 1990 he was at the same time a water polo player anda swimming and windsurfing instructor during the day, while an assistant cook in theevening. His undisputed talent as a surfer led him to travel for 25 years, working as the teammanager of a lot of touristic resorts in Italy and abroad as well. In the dual role of talentedsurfer and excellent cook, he collaborated for 15 years with the late F1 driver Andrea DeCesaris, with whom he went all around the world in the hunting of the "Perfect Wave".Owner of a well-known and well-established farmhouse in Umbria,which personally managed for 23 years, what makes him the bearer of consolidatedexperience in the field of catering and hospitality, he recently lease the farm to gain the timefor a full life at the sea.His cooking comes as the result of the search for simple but quality products, able to return the flavors, aromas and colors of Mediterranean dishes. He loves to take care of the presentation allowing himself some international digression derived from so many travels around the world. He uses natural andorganic products for the preparation of many of the thousand ways one can have pasta Italian style; light meal like salads, raw vegetables, or grilled ones with mint, or au gratin; second courses of meat inthe Umbrian and Sicilian way; fresh fish, crustaceans and mollusks; and finally cold home-made desserts, seasonal fruit sorbets.He pays great attention to diets, particular food rules, allergies, intolerances and any special request.He has been working in South Africa, Australia, Mauritius, the Canary Islands, Ibiza, Sardinia, Barbados,Egypt, Dubai, Hawaii, Peru and Chile.His jovial and open character makes him always open, kind, smiling and ready for interpersonal and tosatisfy every request.
