In the initial phase, I had the opportunity to get to know the various company departments and their respective managers. I was introduced to the world of paper mills and learned the operating logic behind a paper production plant.Logistics/Site Manager. I participated in the organization of the SONOCO, UK order interfacing with the technical office and the purchasing office. After that, I spent about three months on site in Halifax, UK to follow the progress of the work, dealing with the purchase of materials and equipment, but also with the organization of human resources in order to achieve the goal and meet the commissioning and start-up times of the machine. The role played was fundamental especially in critical moments thanks to the mastery of the English language that allowed me to act as a liaison between the managers of the paper mill and our offices for the insertion of extra work or changes requested during the work.Automation Manager. With the collaboration of the technical department, I designed and built an automatic machine for the cooling of incandescent laminates for Rina Consulting (PO).Syria Papermill, preparation of the I/O list for automation of the preparation of the mixtures.Giacosa Papermill, Torino. I worked closely with the Sael technicians responsible for the automation of the plant and performed the I/O tests with them, checking where necessary the wiring in the electrical panels and throughout the system.

I worked in the Fitness First chain of gyms as an instructor coach and later within Puregym as Manager of the Bermondsey location. It was a highly formative experience not only for the improvement of the English language, but above all from a personal point of view.

I carried out my Master's Thesis on the state of the art of the transformation of high performance technopolymers such as PEEK, PPS, PAI.I also took care of the entire process concerning the realization of a component, starting from the acquisition of the customer's order to the delivery of the finished product (technical drawing, mold, production, quality control, etc.).Finally, my task was to detect all the inefficiencies within the company not only with regard to molding, but also the management of production, warehouses, flows of materials and people, etc.Thanks to working closely with the quality manager, I received knowledge of Statistical Process Control and WCMSoftware used for design: Solid Edge.

I participated in the Learning by Doing project, a project of the Polytechnic University of Marche together with 4 other students as management/production engineers.The company we worked for is IN.COM. s.r.l., a metalworking company based in Ancona, which commissioned us to analyze the flows and redesign the layout of the warehouse where the laser cutting machine is located, from which the production line starts. The solution proposed, and subsequently accepted by the company, involved the creation of a series of steel pallets using laser cutting waste to organize the semi-finished products by customer and in order to be more easily accessible by the operator
