In addition to my responsibilities as chief of the administration and office manager, my role includes starting new projects, leading complex projects and maintaining healthy relationships with our clients.In order to ensure continuity within our team, my former partners and I launched a succession plan that allowed us to recruit two new partners in 2014. Tanguy Margairaz and Olivier Schnetz, who had been employees for many years, became members of the board in 2017.Although our office in constantly growing, my goal is to preserve the strong family spirit and the good atmosphere that have defined our company since its creation.

My dual certification as an architect and property expert allows me to offer made-to-measure solutions such as site evaluations and analysis, development of properties, as well as market value and collateral value evaluations. Through the years, I have produced over 220 evaluations for a wide variety of clients, including pension funds, banks, public collectives, associations and individuals.

Through the years, I was often asked to evaluate the thesis of Masters students of the EPFL as a member of the jury. I was also occasionally invited to classes or seminars to present case studies that required both the practical experience of a property expert and the knowledge of an architect.
