In my current position, I am accountable for conducting research that informs the app's second design update. This process is carried out in an agile environment, organised into sprints. My responsibilities encompass creating research plans, executing interviews and surveys, conducting usability and A/B testing, developing user personas, employing Affinity Mapping and User Journey Mapping techniques, composing research briefs, and delivering presentations to stakeholders.

In this project, the client asked to our team to explore Tern's current "Discovery" and "Collection" features to understand user expectations and improve the overall user experience. We aimed to prioritise utility over social features, while keeping the joy of holiday planning intact. Using the double diamond approach, we balanced business and user needs throughout. I successfully completed an intensive full-time program that immersed me in the world of UX Design.
