From July 2011 to February 2017I served as Hotel Manager at Chia Laguna Resort. Over 6 years, I actively contributed to increasing both room and restaurant/bar revenues at the resort. I led and implemented a human reorganization project aimed at enhancing the perception of luxury and customer satisfaction, which increased from 75% in 2010 to 89% in 2016, contributing to a three-year increase in average room rate and occupancy.

From July 2009 to October 2010I held the position of General Manager for the 4 properties. During my tenure, I actively participated in launching the brand and properties, contracting with tour operators, drafting business plans, and recruiting staff. In just 2 summer seasons, we managed to bring the properties into profit, achieving a turnover of €10M and a GOP of €2M.
