- Logistic budget evaluation (transport costs for buy parts, internal costs for storage and line feeding, equipment investments, space demand in Warehouse and plant)- Optimization logistic costs: Transport cost and investment reduction looking for synergies with other cars in the group, optimizing the transport frequency and the transportation type (consolidation center/direct). Internal logistic cost reduction with optimization of the material’s allocation in Warehouse- Logistic evaluation in case of product and supply chain modification and request of delta cost approval- Logistic costs by the most critical Supplier: plausibility check, optimization and negotiation

-Development of vehicles production plan (in terms of volumes, takt and working calendars) from long term (5 years ahead) up to the daily production. -Development of start up plans of new models and simulation scenarios.
