I am playing a vital role in developing a new model of service in logistic scope. I am leading a team whose goal is to enhance all company assets, re-engineer processes, upgrade and innovate technology to bring the current service model into a new 4PL paradigm. The main tasks are:- Market / Customer Needs- Researching and analysing market trends and competitors- Process reengineering- Excellence through lean approach- Upgrading / innovating technologies (AGV, Sorting, etc …) - Developing a new IT architecture- Sustainability and green development- Valuating partnership or joint venture to cover market needsin order to have a new logistic service model that can satisfy the needs of medium/small customers as well as large/top ones.

Creating long-term client relationships, acting as the bridge between the client and operational delivery teams. The key responsibilities is governance across all areas of service delivery process, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery. My main responsibilities are:• Oversee and provide guidance E2E delivery process • Manage service delivery SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction• Monitor overall performance of services and timelines to deliver• Address any possible delays before it occurs and raise any potential issues • Following up, escalating and taking action if service delivery is not meeting expectations.• Working with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities.• Propose any amendments to improve processes • Develop and implement processes with client to ensure effective information flow to speed up delivery timelines.• Ensuring operations teams are aware of changes and are prepared.

I followed as project manager some of the most important projects of integration of Poste Italiane. I had the responsibility of the integration of the transport network with the target to have a unique and efficient network. I had also the responsibility of following projects:• find synergy opportunities between company branches;• reengineer the logistic model of shipments & letters.

I had full responsibility for managing company projects, including innovation projects and software development. I got the maximum level of efficiency in the process of reducing failures and waste. I Introduced new technologies taking care of the changing phase while simultaneously performing safety, quality, cost, and inventory management within operating budget constraints. I supervised and directed all employee disciplinary and training programs, safety programs, and improvement projects.
