Direct responsibility in setting the vehicle layout in compliance with technical, economic, time and quality constraints.My core task is to coordinate the assigned resources (at peak times around 15 people) assigning activities consistently with the skills and aptitudes of each of the team members, ensuring engagement and motivation.Coordinating with project management and other company departments, I have the responsibility of verifying the designers'output of approximately 1000 components and drawing up the bill of materials of the vehicle.I follow the project from the beginning, giving support to the Style Center from the first sketches, up to solving the problems arising from the network.

Design of motorcycle vehicle components under the supervision of the Team Leader. Contribution to the development of the vehicle layout and the setting of the various components in compliance with the pre-established technical constraints. Contribution to the creation of the bill of materials and the resolution of problems that emerged during the development or in the co-design phase with suppliers.

- Production of composite laminates using VARTM Hand Lay-up and technology for simple and complex shapes;- Production of sandwich panels with VARTM technology;- Production of composite laminates with the use of resins with additives;- Design and manufacture of molds for the production of composite laminates;- Optimization of production processes of composite laminates;- Performing tests of mechanical characterization of composite laminates;- Performing tests of chemical and physical characterization of polymers.
