Responsible for distribution logistics and sales planning for the Group (Italy, USA, Hong Kong and 7 European branches). Group Logistics Definition and implementation of a logistic structure aimed at maximizing the efficiency of the process of distribution and delivery of orders, guaranteeing the highest level of Customer Satisfaction. Responsible for transport of the group with the management of the related budget and the total control of costs. Planning and Sales Forecast of Group Coordination of an office with 10 people and the use of DPM and Cyberplan management for the analysis of sales and production forecasts, with planning of operational strategies and internal communications addressed to the various company departments (commercial, purchasing, production, logistics) • Internationalization of sourcing in the Asian market through the stipulation and negotiation of Master Agreements and the implementation of systems for monitoring performances of Chinese, Japanese and Korean suppliers - about 30 USD millions. • Reduction of obsolete warehouses, reduction of the incidence of transport costs and implementation of two ex-novo distribution platforms. • Improvement in terms of efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction, through the integration and centralization of the European after-sales service activities. • Team Leader for the management and operational unification project of the various European branches, directing the activity to the creation of a cohesive and motivated working group to achieve the objectives. • Implementation of new distribution flows in Europe. • Planning and implementation of the logistic integration of three acquired companies: Orama in Italy, Cebe' in France and Creative Optics in USA. • Operational re-organization of the service to the chain stores and global Key Accounts.
