Graduated in electrical engineering in Padua, I started my professional career in technical dept initially as a project leader for innovation and then, for about a decade, as technical manager in the electromechanical field. In the role of Plant Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager that I covered in some companies of mechanical and electromechanical field, I have developed a systemic approach to business management, aimed at improving the customer-oriented value chain. My work tends to align strategically the organizations for innovation and internationalization through a scientific approach and a focus on co-workers, essential lever for excellence in terms of quality, cost and customer service. Expert in lean management, reorganization and consultancy both operational and strategic, I experience daily the effort to continuous improvement, respect for people and structured problem-solving.
