From 2008 to 2018 I led the Developer Team with the role of CTO and Internal Project Manager at fleka.me.It was up to me to discover new technologies and incorporate them directly into the development flux, trying to speed up development timings without losing anything in terms of usability and user experience.

From 2005 to 2012 I was Professor at Istituto Europeo of Design in Milan in three classes: Flash/Actionscript Development, Web Usability and Web Programming. I feel very lucky to have had this opportunity, because it gave me the chance to stay continuously in contact with creative people and to always get to know new young people, reminding me how beautiful this work can be!

I worked on my own and collaborated with several agencies as external collaborator, like Domino, Publicis Dialog, Icon MediaLab building interactive projects for clients like Juventus FC, Sony, etc. and for which I generally developed multimedia interactive projects, based on xml datas and image manipulation.

In 2007 I moved to Madrid, Spain, to join Genetsis where I started as an Actionscript Developer but soon expressed myself in different ways: I had the freedom to discuss directly with Graphic and Developer departments, to create more impressive interactive projects for clients like Coca-Cola, Danone, Iberdrola.

This was my first spanish job experience. It was a little web agency where my work was to create and develop the websites form the beginning to the end, that it means form creating a photoshop layout to creating the Flash or the (X)HTML+CSS files.

I worked in SocketService for one year, trying to create a new web agency with the guys of makkiadesign. This experience gave me a lot, and after one year we decided together to continue our self work experience. I think we were too young and innocent to start a thing like that!This experience gave me the possibility to work for names like Vodafone and Prada, thing that I consider to have been a great opportunity.

I worked with Sequel as a web programmer, developing web sites and web application in ASP and Flash. I had to develop newsletters (front and back-end), database applications and on-line shops.
