Ensure the quality of the productive processes in the plant.Control and follow-up the evolution of the quality costs, establishing the corrective action plans if necessary.Develop the control programs, quality reports and the homologation of new projects.Establish a periodical and effective communication channel with the customer, in a way that he feels comfortable and facilitates the solution of any problem, as well as to understand his needs in order to transfer them to the plant.
