As conference coordinator:- Assisting in organizing the 7th Workshop on the Workshop conference's 69 expert panels. - Researching, inviting, and corresponding with the 293 speakers and attendees at the WOW7 conference. - Guide attendees from building to building and generally field programmatic questions during the conference.- Attended as many panels as possible between conference coordinator responsibilities. As an assistant researcher:- Assist the director of the Workshop’s Program in Environmental & Natural Resource Governance in her various research projects (data cleaning, brainstorming, editing, proofreading, supplemental research, etc).- Regularly attending Workshop seminars, colloquia, and internal meetings/events. - Increase the Workshop’s presence with my classes by integrating related work into the course material and introducing students to Ostrom's work, resources, events, etc.

- Managed teams of 3-10 employees at a time on shift. - Take inventory and place invoice orders for rotating and fixed foodstuffs. - Served and managed in a fast-paced, changing environment to meet customer satisfaction while balancing interpersonal connections between employees, patrons, the owners, and myself. - Be available to fill any position immediately should an employee fail to show up for their shift.-Conducted, orchestrated, and attended regular shift lead meetings to voice concerns, democratically design, and collectively implement adaptive organizational and managerial strategies based on financial, customer, and employee feedback.

- Memorizing seasonal menu items, culinary techniques, and information about locally sourced ingredients every week. - Responsible for meeting the manager's and client's expectations for a fine dining restaurant.- Contributed to the quality of food and service that resulted in USA Today naming the Elm as one of the top 50 restaurants in the United States.

- Lead weekly for two 50 min. lectures and three 50 mins. recitation sessions for classes of 85-95 undergraduates. - Assisted with and graded 8-15 assignments per student per semester.- Regularly addressed student exigencies and held two hour-long office hour sessions per week, with an option for independent appointments outside of those hours.- Designed and drafted syllabi for lectures and recitation sessions, including grading schemes. - Tracked and organized all class grades, notes, and miscellaneous through Microsoft Excel.

Methodologies: large event ethnography, discourse analysis, corpus data coding.Theoretical frames: Neo-Gramscian theory, polycentric governance, complex adaptive systems.- Collected/organized data from interviews with municipal and federal elected officials from 6 countries at COP27 to gauge perceptions on the evolving role of sub-national actors in global climate governance. - Due to resource constraints, the final analysis was limited to comparing perceptions between municipal and federal officials from developed Western countries. - Preliminary results suggest that officials at different levels of government have differing perceptions of respective emerging roles in the global climate regime. Disunity in perceptions/narratives across scales of government increase transaction costs, exacerbating coordination and collective action problems central to global climate governance.
