- Management and development of the partnerships network (called “AmplifonPoints”) with opticians and pharmacies: business development projects, territorial coverage strategies, contracts review, cost saving operations, marketing and communication projects implemented on a national level.Main Achievements and results: - 2014 vs 2013 +3% of the total income of the channel with less costs (-0,4%). - 2015 vs 2014 +12,8% of total income of the channel (with less cost related to total income).- “AmplifonPoints developing support”, following Amplifon Area Manager in order to identify new partners and manage the existing partnerships by territorial coverage strategies and geomarketing analysis.- Data analysis, analytic and descriptive reports for internal use.- Supporting PM during “Integration project” after the acquisition of the retail chain owned by Audika Italia: meetings organization, action plans developing and problem solving activities.
