Within the Global Technology Services dept. I act as Technical Solution Manager/Network Architect. In this role I support the IMT Italy Country preparing commercial offer for customers who needs to transform their IP network or strategic outsourced Infrastructure. Interaction with all the project stakeholders, customer and other Line of Business colleagues, in order to clarify technical requirements, priorities and business constraints. Preparation of technical solution in addition to all the necessary pre-sales documentation (Bill of quantity, Cost Case and Statement of Work, Risk and Mitigation). As Technical Solution Manger I also deal with the preparation of the solution cost modeling.In the last period I have been involved in the recruitment process of new resources; I have the responsibility to interview candidates and collect the information needed to proceed in the hiring process.

Involved in the chemical analysis necessary to keep operating the galvanic plant.
