As part of my role I have the responsibility of:Sap R3 (modules FI, AA, MM)SAP FSCM (CRM)Balance (Consolidated)Piteco (Treasury)Tagetik (Management control)Inaz (Payroll system)I do the requirement analisys for every new project in the areas of Financial, Accounting and Management Control.I select the software products most appropriate to the goals of the project.I select vendors and valid interlocutors for the realization of the project.I develope a detailed plan of the projects that includes a time schedule, a detailed budget, a definition of the skills, tools and resources needed.I monitor the project's progress and achievement of results.About the software products already in operation, I deal with:management of the "incidents" (requests of support) opened by the business structuresmanagement of corrective or evolutionary maintenance .management of vendors and monitoring of their activities,time and cost.

I am the leader of a team formed by analysts and developers (about ten persons). We develope a system, J2EE based, for a national social insurance organization, this project is in collaboration with IBM and FINSIEL.

I am a FORTRAN programmer analyst in an refinery's automation project .Then I am assigned to the analysis, design and development of the software installed in an on-board computer wich controls vehicles engaged in the distribution of petroleum products. The software is developed in C (later migrated to C ++), Assembler Motorola 68000 and HC11. In environments MS-DOS and OS / 2 design and develop data comunication programs in C language. I realize, for the greater Italian oil company, the feasibility study and specification of the software requirements of the aforementioned automation system for the control of vehicles, participating actively in the meetings with the client. Subsequently, being successful bid, I am responsible for the development of this system.
