Project Manager
CurrentReporting to Managing Director Rail, it is my responsibility to deliver a cluster of projects within the railways across major global railway Customers, maintening a safe, cost-effective and high-quality approach.During my duty I am ensuring to:• Operate on planning, monitor revenue & finance, resources, scope, risk management and project control across several simultaneous project;• Coordinate with Customer and represent the Company at different seniority level and manage contracts;• Supervise site design of sophisticated industrial devices (connected Assets and preventive and predictive maintenance - application for rail industry, both for fleet and Infrastructure); • Ensure that all projects are compliant with Camlin standards and relevant local legislation;• Act as Technical Director on behalf of a JV (Join Venture) of 3 enterprises;• Prepare standard operative procedure, processes and enhance existing;• Coordinate work and activities in a Team of 5 resources (Technical team plus Global Field service Lead), by standard and agile methods;• Plan activities to meet Camlin Rail strategic goals and OKR;• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders such as Operation (production and factory), New Product Initiation department, Software and Machine vision department; and external such as: suppliers, system integrators, rail general contractors, third party designer and in different counties. • Provide Technical advice regarding technology;• Ensure H&S is always first (prepare procedure, safety operative plans, method and statements).Projects span worldwide with current major focus on European market: • NS (Netherlands) >10M€,• RFI (Italy) >10M€,• INFRABEL (Belgium) <1M€• AMTRAK (USA) >1M$• TALGO (Spain, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan) >1M€.
