"I am still learning" are the words pronounced by an 87 years old artist, the great Michelangelo Buonarroti.These words are a mantra for anyone believes that perfection it's only an abstract concept and there is nothing more real than continuous self improvement, and are a guide for me, for my choices and for all challenges I have faced and i will face.My objective is to be a better person, professional and leader everyday. I know the only way to succeed is to be curious and willing to get involved.After my graduation in Mechanical Engineering for Design and Management, with 110/110 grade, I worked in Aerosoft S.p.a. as Stress Engineer. This was a great opportunity to understand the importance of team working and of goals oriented planning work in prearranged deadlines. Not only I was able to meet the deadlines, but many times I could assist all the other members of the team.The experience in Parmalat was essential.
