Responsability for specific products and projects in order to achieve time compliance and respect SLA. I perform the function of SPOC (Single Point of contact) to internal functions and external providers. During this activity I focus more and more often on the definition of release times with consequent planning of the development and coordination of resources both internal and external to the production team.

- Maintening and developing our softwares for legal market. I introduced new feature according to technological progress and last italian law regulation- Creation of installation packages for all the developed products using Wise and InstallShield.- In order to satisfy a customer request we have translated (english, spanish, portuguese and romanian) all the UI component and all the messages showed to the users.- Deployment of a new module for full-text research inside the SQLServer database and within all the existing documents of the program. In order to complete efficiently this task, I used TSQL trying to find the most performing solution according to all the SQL Server versions supported. - Coordination activities for customers' requirements. For this activity I've followed all the steps of the software life cycle: o Analysis of requirements after customer’s interviews; o Development of some modules; o Coordination of the activities of other team members; o Support to the testing phase with the drafting of the relevant documentation; o Deploy of the solution by the customer;- Intruduction and study of Team Foundation Server and its functionalities with consequently training to others colleagues.To complete these activities I've used microsoft tools and languages, in particular C#, SQL, Linq, Visual Studio 2008 and SQLServer 2005. I have extensively used DevExpress and DevComponents libraries and controls.Since the end of 2015, I also dealt with the selection of new staff that has been added to our development team.Since 2016 we have been using the AGILE and SCRUM development methodology, during the various projects I have covered all the figures that the methodology foresees.In this activity a third company collaborated and I personally took care of the choice of the partner, and then of the relationships with it carrying out the typical functions of product owner.

- Support to the migration of projects written in VB6 into equivalent ones written in VB.NET, thanks to the innovation tool "VB Migration Partner" developed by VB6 guru Francesco Balena. During this activity I've mainly used VB6 and VB.NET languages. - Developing of a software for the order management for an important italian company. For this project I've used Microsoft Silverlight tecnology, Entity Frameword, RIA Service and, for a small period of time, SQL Azure.

Migration of a VB6 project developed by an american company in a VB.NET project by using the innovation tool "VB Migration Partner" developed by Francesco Balena.This activity was my very first job experience, I've mainly used VB6 and VB.NET languages. I've improved my english knowledge thanks to the huge quantity email written and received every day with the customer.

Developing of a Web Service written in JAVA for the semantic annotation of WSDL document. This Web Service was comunicating with a platform developed in .NET within the SWOP (Semantic Web-Service Oriented Platform) architecture.This activity was inherent to my thesis project. I've learned so much during this experince, especially in the context of Web Service. I've used NetBeans IDE, JAVA language and tool SAWA (Similarity Algorithm based-on WikipediA) developed by Michele Filannino.
