Manage the activitiies and personeel responsible for Business IT Alignment and for managing the portfolio of the Web Solutions.Key Activities:- Defines and maintains the service definition in the Service Catalog for all services delivered usingthe solutions owned by the Solution Group.- Ensures that project and service portfolios are effectively and efficiently managed by aligning business needs with ICT constraints (CapEx, OpEx and capabilities).- Ensures alignment with all supply organizations to the requirements of the solution and service- Assures that new solutions are identified in line with changing business environment and objective, by regularly collecting needs from business users.- Ensures that projects are effectively executed, resulting in new or enhanced solutions complying to business objectives.- Ensures that specific Service Level Objectives (for e.g. availability) for IT solutions are aligned to the capabilities of underlying IT components. - Ensures that users are educated and trained to use the Solutions.\- Assures that operation and use of solutions is enabled by enhancing and changing the solutions as per changing business needs.- Monitors user satisfaction related to the ICT Service.- Ensures compliance to all Architecture principles related to the solution and infrastructure.- Creates and maintains solution roadmaps with the support of Solution Architects. - Is involved in short listing and selecting external vendors for solution development and service outsourcing. - Ensures that Change Management process is followed as issued by the Office of the CIO, in a standard way in all Areas.- Is responsible for the compliance to ICT processes and for the analysis of the reports issued by the Office of the CIO on portfolio analysis, projects, and services* (Incident, Problem & Change).
