I made my passion into my profession.I am a young professional Chef with 13 years of experience.I graduating in 2009 at the Gualtiero Marchesi’s ALMA International Academy of Italian Cuisine, and later i collaborated with several starred chefs in Italy and in France.My most significant experience was spent at the legendary “Maison Troisgros” restaurant in Roanne, where, as his sous-chef, i spent 5 years alongside Michel Troisgros.I moved to Zurich to join, as Executive Chef, the Ornellaia Restaurant, where I had the pleasure of managing the cousine since the startup phase of this ambitious project.Awarded with a Michelin star and 17 points at the Gault-Millau.For me, cooking is a form of expression, and i try to express my creativity and personality through my dishes. My secret? Cooking excellent quality raw materials respecting the seasons and nature and in a simple way.
