I have knowledge of Swing, SWT and JFace, JAXB2.I worked on business process management using BPMS of Intalio Corporations and functional analysis of a new information system for the management of technical assistance by integrating between its “workshop” made internally the company and Dynamics Navision, Microsoft's ERP.Coordination meetings between the "key users" of business consultants and other external software house.Maintaining accounting and management programs on AS400.

Software Development Manager: I was involved of the analysis of deployment of enterprise software requests on IBM/AS400 and the drafting of feasibility studies and the coordination of the software implementation work.Main achievements:• I designed and implemented the feature for the enhancement of work in progress in the management of the workshop,• I created the website with business tools such as Dreamweaver MX and Fireworks MX.

Services company in the field technical support, after sales and integrated logisticsSoftware Development Manager: I was involved of the analysis of requests for deployment of enterprise software, preparing feasibility studies and coordination of the implementation work, also using outside vendors that I managed independently. I have also managed several software projects for the company's customers.Main achievements:• I was involved in the design and l implementation of a system information for the management of repair electronics workshop and IT consumer products, mobile phone and fixed telephony. I also realized the integration of the company ERP (ACG V3 consists of IBM Accounting, CATA Information for Management Control and Warehouse Management), dealing in particular of the passive and active cycle.• With a view to improving the warehouse management I worked on integrate the same with a serial management (tracking of individual serialized items from the entrance to the storage up to its release), I have designed special programs for the workshop material requirement, as well as a procedure for the management of the swap (complete products replacement in manufacturer warranty) with automatic substitute management . • I was involved in managing the construction of a "trouble ticket" for the company's customer service using internal and external resources and using graphics conversion tools such as IBM's " Web Facing".• I was responsible for designing a web extension of the management of the workshop for tho Centers of Technical Assistance throughout the Italian country. The extension has provided the ability to: enter and check data of the products to be repaired is in a "data entry" and "Text file upload", allowing customers to access the corporate information system to query its work in progress.

Project Manager / Programmer Analyst: I worked for a software house (the CSA Ltd) on the following functional areas: Accounting, Warehouse, Human Resource, Statistics, Billing and Customer Orders.Main achievements:For the Zeiss Italy I realized the application package for the complete management of post-sale, including the following features:- Drafting offer maintenance- Contract management of the product and the payment rates- Actions planned management and Claims Management;- Billing of operations and contractual rate.

Software HouseAnalyst: I worked in a team on projects of different scope for the development of software with IBM S 34 and S 36 using RPG programming language.
