- Manage a $300,000 URI Greek Life Funded Portfolio with 25 other students- Utilize the 5 components of porter analysis and ran piotroski scores to decide which equities best fit investments- Research the current phase of our economic cycles to determine best allocation of funds

- Serves as the Chapters Accountant which assumes responsibility of the financials of over 120 members and aspects of chapter-related property management- Independently manages the budget for 20 officers’ accounts estimating over $125,000 a year

- Compiles and updates property listings- Coordinates and schedules tours for prospective customers- Facilitates and prepares forms, maintains credit checks, and researches customer references
