Nella mia attivita’ da PM coordino e guido la corretta realizzazione dei servizi previsti nei contratti relativi ai Clienti del settore Pubblico Locale, in rispondenza a quanto definito in termini di progetto, tempi e costi. Ho la responsabilita’ end-to-end sull’implementazione di soluzioni complesse in ambiti diversi (connettivita’ dati, telefonia voip, telefonia mobile, lan, videosorveglianza, servizi a valore aggiunto, centrali telefoniche) per Clienti della pubblica amministrazione locale, partendo dalla firma del contratto fino alla fatturazione, assicurando il rispetto della qualita’, dei tempi e dei costi.Guido l’intero team di progetto e gestisco le interazioni con i partners e con il Cliente finale, coordinando gli streams di lavoro tra le differenti strutture organizzative interne (vendite, ingegnerie, operations) ed esterne (terze parti, vendors).Identifico i principali rischi nello svolgimento dei progetti e intraprendo proattivamente azioni per gestirli mitigarli. Sono responsabile della comunicazione con tutti gli stakeholders di progetto, in particolar modo il Cliente finale, adoperando metodologie e strumenti tipici del project management (GANTT, SAL, etc)Gestisco le escalations da/verso gli stakeholders e delle negoziazioni con gli stessi.Fornisco supporto per il dipartimento di vendita nella fase di stesura di una soluzione fornendo requisiti di delivery.
