Sono responsabile della comunicazione con tutti gli stakeholders di progetto, in particolar modo il Cliente finale, adoperando metodologie e strumenti tipici del project management (GANTT, SAL, etc)Gestisco le escalations da/verso gli stakeholders e delle negoziazioni con gli stessi.Fornisco supporto per il dipartimento di vendita nella fase di stesura di una soluzione fornendo requisiti di delivery.
