4US was a premium-price footwear brand, which had its peak in the early 2000s. The company made the decision to repositioning it into the mid-price segment and put me in charge of the rebranding as well as the management of seasonal process from design to market:In charge of the rebranding of one of the brands of the company, 4US. Comprehensive analysis and reporting of the mid-price lifestyle (175-225€) footwear segment market.Scheduling and management of the development, production and sales timeline in conjuction with the product and the sales team of the company.Creating a merchandise plan and strategy of the footwear collection.Cooperating with a designer to assemble the collection and reporting the decisions made to our production sites in Italy and China for the production of the samples.Setting goals and budgets for the representatives and agencies with the peculiartities of the collection.Analyzing the outcome of the sales campaign and stransmit data to our production partners.Creative thinking over the communication and marketing strategies for the brand, involving third parties to shoot campaigns and web-friendly contents.Working together with the marketing and PR team to deveop our communication strategy as well as website design and development.Succesful outcome of this work was the creation and solidification of the merchandise strategy for the long-term objective of the sub-brand of the company.We were able to over-achieve our goal by 35% of pairs sold in the first season.
