I was accountable for ensuring development, configuration and maintenance of a company Business Intelligence applications set, conforming to functional, technical requirements and quality standards.During this period, within our relationships with local Universities I also coordinated students finalizing different internships and work-thesis.

As Reporting&BI Team Leader I took care of projects and people management in the ‘Business Intelligence’ domain through:- Coordination at organizational level of the team and their activities;- Multi-projects management in the field of EDWH Reporting and Business Intelligence;- Local SEPG membership for CMM program contributing to the company processes definition.

I realized the following end to end control systems prototypes for bio-technologies, home-appliances and automotive applications (with 4 Patents and 3 publications also produced and presented in world congresses as inventor/writer):o Vacuum cleaner motor control system compliant with US electromagnetic compliance regulation;o Blood pressure Holter with patient’s physical activity monitoring.o Ultra Wide Band system for high resolution displacement detection and wireless communications.o Adaptive Control of Time-varying systems (Artificial Brother) in collaboration with the research center ENEA (Casaccia) and UCSD (St. Diego) to optimize emission control and routing problems.o Neuro-Fuzzy controller for a semi-active suspension system in partnership with Yamaha Motor and CRF (Centro Ricerche FIAT).o Adaptative control of the injection in the new generation common rail engine system, based on soft computing methodologies (Genetic Algorithm, Fuzzy logic and Neural Network).I also had the chance to work directly with different external customers (like Ametek, Elettronica Trentina, TechnoGym) and to promote my R&D activities in USA at the CAR "Center for Automotive Research" of Ohio State University were I've been worked for 1 month.- Activities: hw design, sw design, fw programming, circuit board implementation with req. components duly soldered on it, integration with appliance and final test in the electronic laboratory.- Modeling Techniques: Electric Motor Control, Diesel/Internal Combustion Engine Control, Robotics, Linear Programming, Genetic Algorithms, Tree-Based, Neural Networks, Fuzzy Logic.- SW tools: Matlab, Simulink, dSPACE, Assembly programming languages, Orcad.

Software design to drive a specific circuit (processing node) of the GSM BTS902 Italtel radio station. I developed a post-processing software to support designers. The system acquires GSM raw data from the common bus of the BTS (base transceiver station) and monitors the logical channels by analyzing all data packets. Subsequently, it notifies any malfunctions found in the phone calls.
