Supporting mainly distributors and all the other counterparts involved in transfers’ activity; replying to queries via phone or e-mail; providing constant updates on open issues; understanding and making proper follow up of pending issues; producing reporting for distributors for the monitoring of the pending items in accordance with the agreements defined with them. -Monitoring and supporting the daily activity managed by Warsaw’s office, also in regard to organisational aspects of the team. The Milan Transfer Team is the Warsaw office’s point of contact.Monitoring the KPIs agreed with them, as well as ensuring Transfers’ KPIs agreed with distributors are properly monitored and respected by Warsaw; supporting the Warsaw operational team in order to clarify issues and to tackle any performance issues; training of newcomers in Warsaw.-Helping the Inheritance team, as part of a task force, by transferring the shares to heirs after receiving, checking and matching distributors’ taxes payments and FATCA documentation.
