In this role, I will be responsible for developing the digitalization and technology strategy of Veos S.p.A. Company in the renewable energy sector. My main focus will be on leading the development project of the IoT platform through Veos Digital subsidiary, aiming to meet the digitalization needs of Veos SpA group in areas such as heat pumps, solar panels, building management systems, and demand response.Active since March 2014, Veos invests in innovative technologies and business models to optimize energy and environmental resources.The company operates in Italy with the aim to enlarge its portfolio activity to foreign markets and to extend the services offered.The mission of the company is to build and manage a portfolio of activities in the energy and environmental business and to introduce product and business model innovation in order to create value through a sustainable growth.

As CEO of Henshin, a company primarily owned by Veos Group, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of guiding MOVENS, an open-source Digital Integration Hub (DIH) empowered with state-of-the-art AI capabilities. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, my aim has been to establish this DIH as the gold standard within the industry, catalyzing transformative changes for businesses in the digital age.Throughout my tenure, I have endeavored to inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and meaningful partnerships. Together, we have confronted numerous challenges with unwavering integrity, always prioritizing the company's growth trajectory and the creation of value for all stakeholders.Regrettably, after a thorough assessment of the company's trajectory and the challenges we face, it has become apparent that the current path is unsustainable. Despite the technological prowess of MOVENS, the mismanagement and unfortunate timing under previous leadership have severely hindered our progress.In light of these circumstances and with great reluctance, I have made the difficult decision to initiate the orderly shutdown of Henshin and MOVENS. This decision was reached after careful consideration to minimize any adverse effects on our employees, partners, and customers. It is imperative that we act responsibly and ethically, ensuring that all parties involved are treated with dignity and respect.While this marks the end of a chapter, I remain committed to supporting and championing innovation within the industry.
