I integrated the International Business Development and the Start-up Acceleration teams in September 2021. As Business Support Officer I was mainly responsible of: • Developing and coordinating internal processes for the collection of KPIs• Analysing and presenting performance data through interactive dashboards (mainly with Power BI), as well as elaborating data-driven insights• Contributing to the coordination of the start-up acceleration programme "Fit 4 Start"• Moderating the Fit 4 Start alumni community• Supporting Fit 4 Start participants in the preparation of applications for funding schemes

University project in collaboration with Junior Achievement France (Entreprendre pour Apprendre). My peers and I created a consulting company for entrepreneurs and business owners that want to go through a sustainable transformation of their business model and highlight their ecological commitment. We won the first prize as best "student company" in France and took part to the European championship.

Back in 2018 I launched a translation and language services venture: Lingoahead. The idea came when I decided to reset my carreer goals shifting from the translation to the business management world. I put together an international team of young translators I met during my university years, I created a website and managed sales, strategy and promotion.

Cluster4Smart is an Erasmus+ project involving 7 partners specialised in Innovation, Cluster Management, and Higher Education. Cluster4Smart is an e-learning platform for aspiring Cluster Managers. Several experts in Value Chain Management, Collective Intelligence, Innovation Management and National and International Cooperation put their knowledge at disposal to provide the students with the tools to face the challenges of the Industry 4.0. I mainly took care of Content Development & Update and Partner Relationship Management.
