I am a Non Directive Life Coach, I specialize in working with professionals and business owners affected by overthinking or self doubt. It can be a precious resource for personal growth and to improve your team and your business. As coaching is not fully regulated there is a jungle of approaches, techniques and charlatans out there. I practice a Non-Directive style of Coaching based on several frameworks. Ultimately, I believe the value of coaching lies in goal oriented sessions and ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ผ๐ฏ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐น๐๐. The objective is always to empower the coachee to take immediate action after the sessions. My style of coaching is based on ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ. The words we use are affected by our biology, our culture, which language we speak and obviously by our own personal history. Sometimes our narration of events ends up becoming an obstacle that stops us from seeing a different point of view or a practical road to reach our goals. I work with a constantly improving set of techniques and tools. I have a Certification in Transformational Coaching and I am a Certified Life Coach with the ICF-accredited Universal Coaching Institute.
