(i.e. Transport services, Food & Beverage, Protocol services, Security, Retail & Leisure, Ticketing., Accommodation, Volunteers Programme and Venue Management).- Developed the complete operational planning and design of the NOC/NPC Services Centre in the Torino Olympic and Paralympic Villages.- Coordinated NOC/NPC specific services with Olympic Venues and Villages to ensure service levels were maintained across the Games network.- Managed the service centre team composed of 3 Paid Staff and 33 volunteers.- Developed and delivered specific workforce training to the service centre team.- Supported by the Workforce function, participated in the recruitment, training and continuous engagement of approximately 1000 volunteers (NOC/NPC Assistants) which assisted IOC/IPC, and NOCs/NPCs during Games time.
