As a director of Cooperation Leren voor Morgen, I lead a network of 150 organisations that support schools of all levels to integrate sustainability into their curriculum, pedagogy, and culture. With over 30 years of experience in various sectors and roles, I have developed a broad and deep knowledge of sustainability issues and solutions, and a passion for empowering learners to become active and responsible citizens of the future. In addition to my role at Leren voor Morgen, I run my own consultancy, Imengine BV, where I leverage my skills in strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication to help clients from different sectors and backgrounds to set long-term objectives based on the Sustainable Development Goals, assess their impact on the planet and society, and establish a clear ethical framework. I also hold a master's degree in business administration, a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, and a master's degree in theology, which give me a multidisciplinary perspective and a strong sense of the ethical and social dimensions of sustainability.
