I'm the leader of Naples Data Center inside "Technological Services Provisioning" unit.The main activities of the TSP unit are the following: - to define the technical standards, internal methodologies and technical tools within Data Center Operation through high level technical support skills; - to define the Infrastructural Projects and technical requirements for tenders; - to carry out Data Center Operation capacity planning, asset and configuration management.In detail, the Naples Data Center Provisioning unit is responsible of these main activities : - to manage the assets and the infrastructures inside the Naples DC - to carry out any activities to prepare any new HW systems installed into the DC (eg. connect to the power lines, engineer the topology of SAN and LAN, etc.) and any change about them; - to manage, collaborating with the other I&TS units, the scheduling environments and the scheduling plans.

I worked in "Problem Management" unit, in this branch : ICT / Infrastructure & Operations / Data Center Operations.The primary objective of Problem Management Process is to prevent Incidents from happening and to minimize the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented.Problem Management is a process that is used to improve user satisfaction, lower cost of support, and increase service availability by identifying and addressing the root cause of incidents, taking proactive measures and improving the use of resources. The process is needed to achieve improved stability in IT service delivery.I mainly acted as a Problem Manager, so I was responsible for managing the lifecycle of Problems, also maintaining information about Known Errors and Workarounds.For several Problems I've managed, my role was to play the PMO role and also the Problem Analyst role : so I was a member of dynamic Problem Support Teams.These are responsible for investigating the root causes of a Problem and for designing a Solution that removes the identified root causes of the Problem.These activities helped me to enhance my "Problem Solving-oriented" capabilities and to develop a lot of "inter-Units" relationships with other colleagues.
