I worked as PM in “e-Health Product Development and Management” unit, which had the aim to develop and manage innovative digital solutions related to health care.Main activities and responsibilities:• to define solutions portfolio, related technical specifications and customer experience with an end-to-end view; • to develop business models and revenues streams as related business plans for all the solutions portfolio in order to maximize profitability; • to get product management and delivery activities fostering proper operational performance and related profitability, including permitting, logistics, operation and maintenance.Relevant projects:• end-to-end management of the project that led to the commercial launch of "Prevenzione Salute 360" product;• management of the project to achieve the ISO13485 standard certification in Enel X.

I worked on Governance projects for managing and monitoring IT releases implementation for Poste Italiane.Main activities and responsibilities:• reporting management;• knowledge base management;• management of IT releases on Jira platform;• quality analysis on ServiceNow platform.
