WheelBite is a skate school that was born thanks to the development of an innovative learning method based on the acquisition of motor skills, to promote skateboarding as a sport in all its aspects. After working for several years as a skateboard instructor in Italy and Spain and developing a new teaching method, I opened the school to follow this passion and promote the positive values inherent in the sport. My tasks related to the position are: School management: relations with booking platforms, contracting and searching for new instructors, development and research on innovative methodologies both organizational and related to teaching. Promotion: Research and customer management, social promotion, promotion in schools. Lessons organization: Contacts between instructors and clients, search for appropriate spaces, purchase and distribution of materials. Customer support: Management of issues related to the activity. Instructor: Organization and teaching of special classes for clients with particular needs, birthday parties, events.

I worked as a teleoperator during my studies in Barcelona, performing the task of customer support for Glovo, operating in the areas of Spain and Italy. The main tasks related to the position were: Courier assistance: resolving issues related to order reassignment, payment issues, customer identification issues, transportation issues, system and gps issues, order receipt issues from suppliers, communication with restaurants and partner businesses.
