Senior Software EngineerMotork Feb 2014 - Nov 2017Milan• Refactoring, architecture design, and implementation of a PHP application packed as a WordPress plugin, that act as a middleware for the DriveK API and WordPress.• Developed a model to implement a related cars algorithm: I tested several similarity algorithms (Euclidean distance, Cosine similarity, Pearson correlation coefficient) and found the best balance between performance and relevance.• Reduced the time spent in deployment by 50% by implementing several deploy scripts in Python.• Introduced a base template for Engineering design doc in the team, and led the documentation • Created a Content repository to dispatch content towards several multisite, using WordPress REST API, with a Pub-Sub pattern.• Devised, together with the Devops team, a procedure to streamline deploy of our application across ~50 WordPress installations using Ansible and Composer.
