With a professional experience of more than forty years in the hospitality industry, I have dedicated my entire professional career to the Tourism Industry since 1978, starting at the School of Hotel Management in Palermo and from there, through a wide variety of establishments of different types: from luxury hotels in Switzerland to Gran Canaria, currently working on the Canary Island of Lanzarote. All this has allowed me to develop a great experience in the fields of tourism, customer service, team management, human resources and cost control. As I consider that continuous learning is fundamental, I have just completed a Master's Degree in Hotel Management and F&B Management, combining it with my current job.
