- Provide first and second-line technical remote support to clients for South32, Anglo Gold Ashanti, AFGRI, Royal Bafokeng Mines, Scaw Metals, Afrox and Tigerbrands- Provide first-line technical remote support to all clients, respond to allocated calls within 15 minutes and close calls in a timely and efficient manner, keeping open calls updated accordingly. - Logging and tracking all support calls, working with incidents, problem management and change management logged on the call logging systems (BMC Remedy 7.1 and ITSM 7) received via phone, web-logged calls or email- Monitoring of telecommunications, Bandwidth utilization, Errors- Monitor clients networks using IT testing toolsets (terminal server, secure CRT, Tacacs and Putty.- Network administration (including security management, ADSL, 3G, VPN and user account creation, internet access, office systems and applications support, network connectivity and printer connectivity).

- Provide Network Administration And Support Provide service’s remote support to client for SAA, Galileo travel Agents, international airport around Africa. - Adding Galileo clients on Domain so that they can be on network pool like DHCP, Mail server, Monitoring tool for they Traffic -Escalate more complex calls to the relevant IT Support members. Notify relevant staff to arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house. Create and modify clients account- Prepping/configuring Xyplex Router for new travel agent to provide them with Network related - Monitoring of Bandwidth utilization and Errors. Monitor clients networks using IT Testing toolsets (terminal server, secure CRT, Tacacs, and putty) and identify network violations Liaison with 3rd party suppliers, support groups and vendors to provide seamless support to customers and escalate more complex calls to the relevant senior IT support members
