Assistant Construction Project Manager
The project name was (Investigation and Installation of water and sewer network for 1000 stands in KOPANONG). The project had R48 million budget for the scope of 12 km water and 14 km sewer. On-site we performed project activities such as Excavation using Rock bucket and hydraulic hammer, Rock drilling and blasting to prepare a trench for pipe laying because it was a mountainous hard rock area. My main duties was to Regularly communicate and monitor the project plan with the project team,Manage risks, Arrange and chair PSC meetings fortnightly, give report's and presentation using ms project.
