I Have over 20 years of experience managing, monitoring and evaluating projects ensuring that projects are implemented according to the agreed scope, within the agreed budget and time frame. Additionally, am an expert in monitoring and evaluating of projects focusing on achieving set targets, providing quality information to use in decision making and also keeping track of the progress, Success stories and lessons learned. I hold masters of Science Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, an international Diploma in Project management, Certificate in Knowledge management, a certificate in SPSS, certificate in KOBO and experience in project management, Monitoring and evaluation. Am a very flexible person, a confident facilitator and teachable because learning is ongoing. I easily adapt in different working environment, always punctual and think strategically. I am a community mobiliser with excellent interpersonal relationship skill enabling me to work with different people, an effective communicator, well-organized and decision maker.
