I'm a dedicated husband and father, who sets priorities based on family, quality of life, and career, with a passion for aviation maintenance. In addition to aviation maintenance, I enjoy the study of leadership principles as applied to the professional world. This second passion has enabled me to continue to hone my own leadership skills while assisting others, both superiors and subordinates, to continue to be their best self. Professionally I have accomplished great success in Army Aviation Maintenance organizations, receiving commendations for my direct contributions and leadership, has provided me the practical experience to complement my formal education. While fulfilling the role of Senior Personnel Manager within two Army Aviation Maintenance organizations I effectively managed organization activities, between 113 and 257 personnel, performing airframe, avionics, power train, power plant, pneudraulics, quality control, production control, and logistics operations for multiple aircraft models. I aspire to further my aviation contributions by leading in an overarching Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) organization, and welcome any challenges put before me.While performing duties as the personnel manager, First Sergeant, at Camp Humphreys, Korea I was awarded the Order of Saint Michael Medal for my contributions to the Army Aviation enterprise. This award signifies the dedication to excellence and steadfast diligence that my team and I displayed in order to provide air worthy aircraft to the owning organizations.
