I founded an initiative known as Mind Your Language, which aims to educate students about using sensitive language towards people with disabilities. In order to this, I created a guide that was circulated in my school and conducted interactive workshops to educate students about how to sensitize their language.

As the founder and chief editor of Cacophony of Conversations, my work includes creating the content, editing, and running the website. The newsletter aims to bring controversial ongoings in the world to the attention of the youth.Whenever an event occurs, there are multiple outlets ready to report on the event and people to voice their own opinions on the matter. However, it is a rarity to come across a piece that acknowledges the various aspects of a topic. This newsletter aims to fill that gap. In a realm where there are far too many crises and problems, it is pivotal for us, the coming generation, to always be aware about both sides of the conversation regarding cultural, historical and current events. I founded an organization called Samajh Se Suraksha - an initiative created to increase sex education in school. After completing a course on women's health, I noticed the gap when it comes to sex education in school and wanted to do something about it. After extensive research, and using knowledge from the course, I created a detailed and diverse syllabus outline for schools to implement. This syllabus outline places a special emphasis on women's health and consent, which is often lacking in most sex education programs.

Melodies for Hope is a branch of the Walk The Talk Initiative. Through fundraising events, we raise money for organizations that aim to help children. In 2020, we held a fundraising concert from which we raised over 2 lakh rupees for the Peepal Tree School to purchase electronics so that students could continue classes online during the pandemic. We are currently working towards holding more fundraisers. As the head of music and managing partner, my job entails holding auditions, choosing performers, performing as the opening act, encouraging others to participate, writing for the website, decision making, and thinking of fundraiser ideas.

As Chief Editor, my job involves managing a team of senior editors, selecting and managing a team of sub-editors, creating the annual magazine, organizing the annual literary fest, and curating creative content for my school.

As a sub-editor in the 11th grade, my work involves collecting work from junior editors, editing articles, submitting my own work, creating articles for the editorial board's online forum, compiling the annual magazine, and creating and formatting newsletters.

I was selected as an English reporter for the annual MUN in my school two years in a row. My job entailed sitting in during meetings, taking notes, writing articles, coordinating with the media reporters, and conducting interviews with those participating in the MUN.

I was selected as a junior English editor for my school's editorial board. I contributed several of my own works to be published in the annual magazine and collected and edited articles from my peers.

During the summer of 2021, I was selected as a content writer/writing intern with Shakti The Empathy Project. Shakti The Empathy Project (STEP) is a registered organization that aims to empower women entrepreneurs and help them not only run, but also sustain successful businesses by providing mentorship. As a content writer/intern, my work entails researching, writing blog posts, creating content, editing, and creating interview questions. Through this experience, I was exposed to different styles of writing and learned valuable skills, such as how to adapt my writing in accordance to my target audience, through the guidance of my mentors. I am continuing to write content for the blog.

I volunteered to take part in my school's peer tutoring program. For a month in the summer, I taught 2 students English and helped them grasp what they were unable to understand in class. My work included conducting classes twice a week, creating activities, making worksheets, and correcting the work I assigned. By the end of the program, the students had more confidence in their abilities.
