With over 10 years of experience in B2C sales environments, I am a customer service, sales, and problem solving expert. I have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the full range of customer service and customer relations processes, and the importance of these for positive and productive engagement with customers.Most recently, I worked for Accenture as a Customer Service Technical Support for the Google Project, where I used my CRM skills to provide efficient and effective solutions for customer inquiries and issues. Previously, I was a Customer Relations Manager and a Sales Customer Service Manager at Garanti BBVA, one of the largest banks in Turkey, where I led and mentored a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets. I am a native Turkish speaker and fluent in English, and I have a postgraduate degree in International Business Management from Griffith College Dublin.
