-Managing Design Department of 6 employeesAfter experiencing fashion designer and team leader statues, I am entitled as Design Manager in Elyaf Group. My aim is to create commercial and sales driven designs for our clients, with a team of fashion and graphic designers. I am responsible of 3 departments as Ladies, Junior Girls and Kids Girls. Elyaf Group is a fast fashion Jersey supplier in fashion industry which is working for brands as C&A, Pull & Bear, Pimkie, Bizzbie, Kiabi, Boohoo Group, LPP Group, etc. My daily activities during a day is as below:-Analyzing new season runway shows, trends and colors-Adapting high fashion brands into fast fashion market (circular knit)-Collation of moodboards and trendbooks for new season-Creating highly commercial and sales driven designs for Ladies, Junior Girls and Kids Girls departments (shape, graphics & prints)-Producing clear and detailed CADs on Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop-Direct communication with clients-Responsible for representing the company in meetings with customers and fabric agents-Working closely with merchandising team according to maximize the efficiency of the team-Worked for UK, US, European and Local market; C&A(Kids Girls Dept, Clockhouse), LPP Group(Sinsay, Reserved Kids Girls), Primark, Peacocks, Mathalan, Inditex (Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Lefties), Boohoo Group (2021), El Corte Ingles, Forever 21, Carrefour, Koton, LCW Xside,..

-Team Leader of Design DepartmentI am promoted as Design Team Leader in Elyaf Group, after experiencing 9 months of Fast Fashion Designer title. I’ve managed a team of fashion and graphic designers of 10 people for nearly 5 years. Besides of Non-licensed products, I had the chance to work on licence graphic products as well. So I have ability in between all jersey products - from fashion to loungewear - nonlicense tees to license graphic tees - which gave me a good taste to create a wide and right product range to fit in the lines and walls.
