-Managing Design Department of 6 employeesAfter experiencing fashion designer and team leader statues, I am entitled as Design Manager in Elyaf Group. My aim is to create commercial and sales driven designs for our clients, with a team of fashion and graphic designers. I am responsible of 3 departments as Ladies, Junior Girls and Kids Girls. -Team Leader of Design DepartmentI am promoted as Design Team Leader in Elyaf Group, after experiencing 9 months of Fast Fashion Designer title. I’ve managed a team of fashion and graphic designers of 10 people for nearly 5 years. Besides of Non-licensed products, I had the chance to work on licence graphic products as well. So I have ability in between all jersey products - from fashion to loungewear - nonlicense tees to license graphic tees - which gave me a good taste to create a wide and right product range to fit in the lines and walls.
