• Analyzing projects related to Card Payment Systems units while ensuring that the processes and results related to the units are in line with the plans in terms of cost, quality, timeliness, and expectations. • Coordinating meetings with related business units and setting communication channels to gather business requests and requirements from related departments. • Understanding business work flows and defining business requirements to define scope of the project. • Structuring a Business Requirements Document, defining a work plan (road map), providing all required analysis documents and sharing them with development units. • Coaching development team members, assisting them in analysis • Managing the overall coordination with technology units in terms of design, develop and administer. • Planning UAT cases and organizing reviews, inspections, testing, defect reporting and user acceptance testing with test users (or test engineers). • Preparing user documentations and organizing meetings for application users in related business units. • Inspecting the quality of project results and achieving pre-defined goals, hence aiming high level of customer satisfaction. • Monitoring the performance of the applications and responding to problems related to/with unit in a way to resolve them fast and effectively with minimal risk exposure to business • Preparing User manual document • Providing training needs of project stakeholders • Following requirements and realizing them on time
